When I started Avante Plumbing & Heating Ltd. with my wife Teresa, back in 1990, I wanted to start more than just a plumbing company. I wanted to start a company with a name that stood for Honour, Integrity, and Trust.

To achieve this, I started with the basics; hiring good people, who held the same values. By keeping Avante a family owned and operated business, it allowed us to move forward while holding our values strong.
